I’ve been taking Maxcap Omega-3 for just a week, and honestly, I’m already impressed with how I feel. I’ve noticed better energy, more restful sleep, improved skin texture, and my joints feel stronger.
I know it’s too early to claim long-term results after just one week, but I’ve tried other Omega-3 brands before, and Maxcap has definitely become my favourite.
Although the capsule is not vegetarian, I’m comfortable taking it as a supplement because I don’t experience any fishy taste, smell, or unpleasant aftertaste which is a big plus for me.

Why triglyceride form?
Triglyceride is the form Omega-3 occurs in naturally in fish. Most supplements are ethyl ester, a cheaper concentrate produced by stripping the glycerol backbone. Studies comparing the two consistently find higher blood Omega-3 levels from the triglyceride form at the same dose.
What is TOTOX, and why does it matter?
TOTOX—short for total oxidation—is a measure used to assess an oil’s overall oxidation and freshness. In general, a lower TOTOX value indicates less oxidation. You can find the result for your product in its batch report.
How do I know if it’s working?
You may not notice an immediate difference. After around three months of daily use, a blood test can show whether your omega‑3 levels have improved.
