Why triglyceride form?
Triglyceride is the form Omega-3 occurs in naturally in fish. Most supplements are ethyl ester, a cheaper concentrate produced by stripping the glycerol backbone. Studies comparing the two consistently find higher blood Omega-3 levels from the triglyceride form at the same dose.
What is TOTOX, and why does it matter?
TOTOX—short for total oxidation—is a measure used to assess an oil’s overall oxidation and freshness. In general, a lower TOTOX value indicates less oxidation. You can find the result for your product in its batch report.
How do I know if it’s working?
You may not notice an immediate difference. After around three months of daily use, a blood test can show whether your omega‑3 levels have improved.
Can I take it with blood thinners?
Omega‑3 supplements may interact with anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, particularly at higher doses. If you take blood thinners, have a bleeding condition, or are preparing for surgery, speak with your healthcare professional before use.
Can I take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Ask your doctor before taking it while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Is it safe for people with fish or shellfish allergies?
This product contains fish. Do not take it if you have a fish allergy. If you have a shellfish allergy, ask your doctor first.
Where do you ship?
Enter your address at checkout to see whether delivery is available in your location, along with the available shipping options and estimated cost.
How do I read the batch report?
Each batch report shows the testing and quality results for a specific production batch. Match the batch number on your product with the report, then review the listed results for omega‑3 content, oxidation, purity, and contaminants.
How should I store it?
For continued freshness, we recommend storing your fish oil inside the refrigerator (below 25°C). Otherwise keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
How much should I take, and when?
Take 1 capsule each day with food.
How much EPA and DHA is in each serving?
Each serving has 540mg of EPA and 360mg of DHA.
Where does the fish oil come from?
Our fish are sourced from Mauritania, Oman, Turkey, and Peru. The fish oil is then developed in Norway.
How do you test it?
Every batch is tested for purity and freshness. You can see the results in the batch report.
Will it give me fishy burps?
It is highly unlikely. We add a light peppermint flavour and use fresh, high-quality fish oil to help prevent a fishy aftertaste.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask your doctor first—especially if you take blood thinners.
